- You must make sure there is no loose wires and make sure that they are tucked away so that there is no chance of you or any other person in the studio tripping over them, but if this is not possible you must make sure everyone in the studio is aware of the wires or use tape to secure them.
- No food or drink is allowed in the studio because spillage could cause damage to equipment or it could cause a person in the studio to slip and fall.
- When leaving the studio you must make sure that all studio lights are turned off, unplugged and to be taken back where they belong. This is important because if you leave the lights on for too long they could overheat and cause fire.
- Also when leaving the studio you must make sure everything is put away correctly so that there is no hazards for the person using the studio after you. For example make sure nothing will fall off the top of a shelf or lights wont tip over.
- Whenever you are not currently using a light they must be turned off to avoid overheating.
